The Church

This is worth a visit if you ever find yourself in Dublin. Unlike the majority of recommended places to go in Dublin, you won't find this in the Temple Bar area but right in the heart of the shopping district.

This bar/restaurant/club is set in a reformed church and is pretty impressive. Many of the main attractions are still intact including a fairly large pipe organ but it doesn't feel stuffy in the slightest. It's a place to go to see and be seen in without being overly pretentious. It's as good as any reformed church/court room/bank that I've seen in Britain.

The club is open til three in the morning from Thursday to Sunday and there's also a nice area for sitting outside in the good weather/for the smokers which is lit up with fairy lights.

Lo primero de todo decir que el lugar te sorprende: una iglesia reconvertida en restaurante y lugar de copas no es habitual. Pero Irlanda es así.
Tienen una carta bastante maja, desde paninis y sandwiches, hasta platos más elaborados. De precio está bastante bien, para los precios irlandeses de restaurantes. El servicio es rápido y muy eficiente.
En la parte de la torre de la iglesia tienen un bar de copas con un ambiente muy majo para tomar algo por la noche.
